What a fantastic accolade!

At Provals we always try to give 100% to every client.

We recently completed another probate valuation, and received the following unsolicited email in response to submitting the probate valuation to the Executor:

Hi Steve & Karen,

Thank you very much for your comprehensive valuation report and accompanying invoice. I have today transferred the full invoice amount by BACS using the bank details provided.

I particularly wanted to express my appreciation for the thoroughness and level of detail within the report, and for the considerable time and care that you have both clearly taken in cataloguing, researching and valuing the various items. I am also extremely grateful that you were able to complete the work significantly ahead of the anticipated schedule; this is enormously helpful to me.

The report is an important part of establishing an accurate valuation of the estate for Inheritance Tax and probate purposes and receiving it so promptly will enable me to progress the necessary calculations and the application for the Grant of Probate without the delay I had originally anticipated.

Thank you again for the professionalism, care and exceptional level of service you have both provided throughout. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you, and I have greatly appreciated the helpful and considerate way in which you have approached everything. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your services to friends and family should the opportunity arise.
